Terms of service

By using this portal and the games on it, you agree to the following.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account. Do not share it, and do not use somebody else's. Guest accounts are still accounts: the same rules apply.

Fair play

• No cheating, automation, or modifying a game client to gain an advantage.
• No harassment of other players, and no abusive display names.
• No attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the services behind the games.

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these rules, including any balances attached to it.

Virtual currency and items

Currency and items exist only inside our games. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable between accounts. If a game is retired we may remove the items associated with it.

Availability

The games are provided as they are. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change, update, or discontinue a game at any time.

Content ownership

The games and their artwork belong to the studios that made them — Winterpixel Games for the games hosted today — and the Fray Games name and site belong to us. You may stream and record gameplay, including monetised video, as long as you do not present the game as your own work.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the portal or the games.

Changes

These terms may change. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.
